a little update
It’s time, once more, for the Buffy sing-along at our friendly local movie theater, so Mr. Angst and I snapped up our tickets online. (Aside: I generally use the spelling “theatre” when writing that word; however, I’ve noticed that when referring to the cinema, the other spelling seems to be preferred. Can anyone comment on this? My Garner is at work.)
Anyhoo, Mr. Angst and I are hibernating inside today until it’s time for the show (which will feature, of course, “Once More With Feeling”; the lead-in episode will be “Band Camp,” an oldie). We’ll probably have dinner at a little Greek place first. In preparation for the night’s fun, we’re watching the History Channel and reading (I’ve read through this month’s Wired, and I’m about to go back to one of the books stacked on my bureau). In short, we’re taking it easy.
The best thing about today is that we have TWO MORE days after today to spend together and not at work. Joy!
