yeah, yeah, I know, I know
Things are heating up again for me, so posting may go back to being a little lighter. Oh, who am I kidding? Posting hasn’t been at normal levels in months. Blargh. So be it–I am in law school, after all.
is there something on my face that offends?
Today is still young, but two different people have GLARED at me for no reason but that I was walking near them. One of them bumped me out of her way on the crosswalk, then turned and gave me the dirtiest look, like I had suddenly jumped in front of her, forcing her to push me out of her path. (I didn’t.) The other glared at me as I came out of the stairwell, as if I hadn’t opened the door carefully. In fact, I had, since I know that people get smacked by that door pretty regularly (it opens out into the hall, instead of in, into the stairwell).
Two glares and counting, and I haven’t even been out of the house an hour.
