How do I know I’m exhausted (other than the general malaise)?
My right eyelid has started to twitch. This has not happened to me in YEARS. Any suggestions on what I can do to make it stop?

My left eyelid twitches when I’m stressed… that’s the que for me to take a break.

Have you ever seen A Clockwork Orange? There are ways to keep those eyelids in place…

Yeah, it’s the left one for me too. I’m told that potassium (like bananas) helps. I dunno. I still have the spasm; now that IT is all over, we’ll see if it goes away with the stress…
This must be a common affliction for law students. I have the same problem but it’s from stress, not tiredness.

I had the twitch in law school too. When I finally scrounged the money to buy new glasses, I got anti-reflective lenses, which seemed to help offset the strain from constant computer work–and alleviated the twitch, even while studying for the bar exam.
