the physical manifestations

How do I know I’m exhausted (other than the general malaise)?

My right eyelid has started to twitch. This has not happened to me in YEARS. Any suggestions on what I can do to make it stop?

Study less? :) My left eyelid twitches when I’m stressed… that’s the que for me to take a break.

Er, *cue*… see? I need to relax more. :)

Have you ever seen A Clockwork Orange? There are ways to keep those eyelids in place…

chocolate!

Yeah, it’s the left one for me too. I’m told that potassium (like bananas) helps. I dunno. I still have the spasm; now that IT is all over, we’ll see if it goes away with the stress…

This must be a common affliction for law students. I have the same problem but it’s from stress, not tiredness.

And check this out — another law student blogged about the same eyelid twitching problem.

(sorry - I don’t know how to post links in comments)

I had the twitch in law school too. When I finally scrounged the money to buy new glasses, I got anti-reflective lenses, which seemed to help offset the strain from constant computer work–and alleviated the twitch, even while studying for the bar exam.
